Consolidation / Financial Reporting Consultant (FINREP) – Bank

Duration: Minimum 3 months | Start date: Early January 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a consolidation consultant / FINREP on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of an operational reinforcement project in regulatory production.

Context

In a demanding banking environment, our client wishes to temporarily strengthen its team responsible for consolidated production and FINREP regulatory reports. The consultant will support the internal teams to handle an increased workload and ensure the quality and reliability of reports submitted to the supervisory authorities.

Roles and responsibilities

• Participate in the production of FINREP reports in compliance with applicable standards.
• Contribute to financial consolidation work and related analyses.
• Perform consistency checks, gap analyses and necessary adjustment work.
• Interact with the Finance, Risk and Regulatory teams to ensure data reliability and secure production deadlines.
• Provide operational support to internal teams on FINREP and consolidation issues

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in regulatory banking reporting, consolidation Or FINREP production.
• Experience in banking institution essential; experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of the FINREP framework and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in closing processes, ability to analyze and ensure the reliability of financial data.
• Rigour, autonomy, analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
