Technical Accounting, Insurance & Treasury

Duration: 3 months renewable | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for 2 consultants in technical accounting and treasury on behalf of one of our clients insurance as part of an operational strengthening project within the production teams.

Context

In a context of sustained activity, our client wishes to strengthen its internal team dedicated to operational accounting and financial production. The consultants will provide support to the existing teams to ensure the continuity and quality of daily operations, within the demanding environment specific to the insurance sector.

Two areas of expertise are needed:

• A profile in technical accounting for insurance
• A specialist in treasury

Roles and responsibilities

Profile Insurance technical accounting

• Participate in operational accounting production work (closings, technical entries, controls, analyses).
• Contribute to the reliability of accounting and regulatory statements.
• Collaborating with actuarial, financial and internal control teams.
• Identify potential optimizations to existing processes.
• Provide regular reporting to internal management.

Profile Treasury

• Perform routine treasury operations (monitoring cash flows, reconciliations, forecasts).
• Analyze liquidity positions and ensure the quality of financial data.
• Participate in the controls and securing of financial flows.
• Interact with accounting teams, partner banks and support functions.
• Supporting teams in optimizing treasury practices and tools.

Skills & profile sought

• Proven experience in a consulting firm, ideally a Big 4.
• Solid understanding of insurance environments (technical accounting or treasury, depending on the profile).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
