Insurance Partnerships Project Manager (B2B2C)

We are looking for a senior consultant Partnerships Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the insurance sector, as part of a project implementation and monitoring of strategic B2B2C partnerships.
Our client wishes to strengthen several cross-functional partnerships requiring global management (offer, IT, operations, risks, compliance, finance).
Roles and responsibilities
- Managing partnerships : coordination of internal teams, facilitation of governance, monitoring of commitments.
- Working with legal/contracts: securing the contractual framework, contributing to agreements and amendments.
- Operational & IT implementation: defining requirements, coordinating IT teams, supporting production deployment.
- Performance monitoring: implementation of KPIs, reporting, action plans.
- Partner relationship: managing the relationship by primarily defending the interests of the client insurer.
Skills & profile sought
- Senior consultant with solid experience in B2B2C partnerships or cross-functional projects in insurance/banking.
- Good understanding of the non-life insurance value chain (supply, distribution, management, IT, risks, compliance, finance).
- Excellent skills in project management, cross-functional coordination and KPI monitoring.
- Strong negotiation skills, political acumen, ease with innovative partners (start-ups).
