IT Project Manager – Deployment of a SaaS CLM solution –
Banking / Insurance Sector
Duration: 12 months minimum | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €750
We are looking for a experienced IT project manager to ensure the overall coordination of a project within the framework of the deployment of a SaaS contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution, on behalf of an IT department of a major player in the banking/insurance sector. The mission takes place in a structured environment, with a demanding committee structure and multiple stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage the project in terms of scope, budget and planning
- Ensure coordination between internal teams (architecture, security, business) and service providers (SaaS publisher/integrator)
- Prepare and lead project committees, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Adapt working methods according to the project phases: V cycle and agile approach
- Monitor progress, identify risks and propose associated action plans
- Represent the IT department in discussions with the relevant departments
Required Skills :
- Higher education type engineer
- Proven experience in IT project management (>7 years), particularly in coordinating client-side SaaS projects
- First successful experience of setting up a SaaS CLM application or equivalent
- Knowledge of environments at strong governance (structured committee)
- Mastery of hybrid project methodologies: agility and V cycle
- Excellent coordination, communication and reporting skills
- Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus
