E-Invoicing Project Manager
Duration: 3 months renewable | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €650
We are looking for a E-Invoicing Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the insurance sector as part of an E-Invoicing scoping project with a view to future deployment.
Context
In a context of evolving obligations related to electronic invoicing and the transformation of Finance processes, our insurance client wishes to be supported on a first scoping phase around E-Invoicing.
The objective is to carry out an inventory of the processes, a feasibility study, and to build a roadmap preparing for subsequent deployment.
Roles and responsibilities
- Define the project scope and facilitate workshops with the business, finance, and IT teams.
- Conduct a process audit and map the billing flows (suppliers/customers)
- Formalize the target scenarios, analyze the impacts and conduct the feasibility study
- Develop the roadmap and ensure its management (monitoring, reporting, risks)
Skills & profile sought
- 3 to 7 years of experience
- Solid skills in project management (process mapping, formalization of target scenarios, development of a roadmap)
- At a minimum, experience in E-Invoicing (framing / study / deployment)
- Good command of Procure-to-Pay process (accounts payable/receivable)
- Knowledge of technical accounting insuranceideally on specific life insurance/health insurance flows (outsourced management activity)
- Ability to structure, synthesize and produce clear and actionable scoping deliverables
