BPM Project Manager / Bonita

Duration: Minimum 12 months | Start date: ASAP / early January 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a BPM/Bonita Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the financial sector as part of the evolution of their BPM solution.

Context

Our client wishes to evolve its BPM solution to better meet the needs of several internal applications and a cross-functional transformation program. The solution is based on Bonita, operated under a maintenance and application maintenance (TMA) model with an integrator and the software vendor. Additional support is needed to structure the management of these evolutions and take the lead on a project that has already begun but requires more precise planning.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the evolution of the BPM solution and coordinate the work related to the various internal applications.
• Ensure the operational relationship with the publisher and the integrator within the framework of the TMA model.
• Manage the relationship with business teams and AMOA contacts.
• Supervise and lead 2 to 3 existing application managers.
• To monitor requests, challenge technical directions and ensure consistency of developments.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in BPM project management.
• Solid knowledge of Bonita or other BPM platforms.
• Ability to challenge a TMA model and to manage technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the banking sector (not mandatory).
