Project Manager – Asset Management

Duration: Minimum 1 year | Start date: January 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a consultant Project Manager (Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager) experienced in Asset Management on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a projectintegration and evolution of Middle Office / Back Office processes.

Context
As part of strengthening its project teams, our client wishes to integrate a senior consultant in Asset Management to support the integration and optimization work relating to Middle Office and Back Office activities.
The scope notably includes topics related to collateral, transaction processing, and Aladdin tool configuration.

Roles and responsibilities

The consultant will be involved throughout the entire project cycle, including:

• Management and coordination of MOA/MOE projects related to the Middle & Back Office.
• Gathering, analyzing and formalizing business needs.
• Contribution to the configuration and evolution of Aladdin's features.
• Coordination with business teams, IT and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring of integrations, flows and operational impacts.
• Preparation and facilitation of project committees, reporting and risk monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Project management (business analysis/technical analysis) in the Asset Management sector.
• Very good knowledge of the processes Middle Office / Back Office.
• Mastery of subjects related to collateral and at transaction processing.
• Significant experience on Aladdin (configuration, integration, usage).
• Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams (IT, MO, BO).
• Good communication skills, rigor, organizational skills and autonomy.
• English: level to be confirmed according to the needs of the project.
