Change Management – Core Banking Transformation – Bank
Duration: 6 months renewable | Start: June 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles
We are looking for 2 expert consultants in Change Management / change management on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the banking sector, as part of a transformation program of its Core Banking System.
The project aims to fundamentally overhaul core business processes and tools, with a strong impact on employees and internal stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities
The consultants will support the Transformation Department and will have the following main missions:
- Structure and implement the program's change management strategy
- Identify organizational impacts and support targets
- Define and manage communication, training and deployment plans
- Coordinate change management actions with project, IT and business teams
- Lead the steering bodies of the Change component
- Support users in adopting new processes and tools
Required Skills
- Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in change management in IT or business transformation contexts, ideally in the banking sector
- Knowledge of Core Banking environments or banking IT transformation projects: a plus
- Excellent communication, structuring, analytical and coordination skills
- Ability to work in project mode, interacting with contacts at different levels (business, IT, management)
- Autonomy, leadership, adaptability

Location: Paris (regular presence on site required – to be confirmed depending on the profile)
