Business Analyst – CIB Financial Products / Market Abuse – Investment Banking
Duration: 12 months minimum | Start: end of June 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €600
We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst having a solid knowledge of financial products of the investment bank (CIB) as part of a project to automate the detection of market abuse for one of our banking clients. The mission takes place in an agile and international environment, with English as the primary working language.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze and formalize business needs (Requirement Gathering & Analysis)
- Participate in functional design and framing workshops
- Write user stories and monitor their implementation by IT teams
- Ensure coordination between stakeholders: business, compliance, IT
- Contribute to the validation of developments (functional tests, UAT)
- Produce project documentation in English
Required Skills :
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment
- Mastery of CIB financial products and their life cycle (stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc.)
- Very good understanding of market data
- Knowledge of issues related to regulations on market abuse (ex: MAR)
- Confirmed practice of methodologies Agile
- Excellent level ofEnglish, both written and oral
- Proven experience in investment banking or similar environment
