Business Analyst EIS – Assurance

Duration: 1 year renewable | Start date: April 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst EIS expert on behalf of one of our clients in the sector Insurance, as part of an international Core Assurance transformation project.

Context

Our client is leading a strategic program to implement a Core Model group based on the EIS software packagewith the aim of capitalizing on the initial deployments and gradually expanding them internationally.
In this context, an international service center is being structured, and the role of Business Analyst is central to ensuring functional consistency and providing support to the teams.
The business areas covered include, in particular, Credit Insurance, Auto Insurance and Warranty Extension.

Roles and responsibilities

• Gather and formalize business needs
• Perform gap analyses between local needs and the Core Model EIS
• Contributing to Adopt/Adapt work within a group framework
• Structure backlogs (epics, features, user stories)
• Supporting project and international teams during the delivery phases
• Participating in workshops and project bodies in an international environment

Skills & profile sought

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis on IT transformation projects
• EIS Expertise desired; experience in [unclear]Other insurance software packages appreciated (Guidewire, AIA…)
• Good knowledge of insurance processes (contracts, claims, invoicing)
• Experience on Core Assurance / Core Model projects
• English mandatory current
