Senior Legal & Compliance Consultant –
Life insurance / Investment agreements

Duration: 12 months | Start: mid-November 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for a senior legal and compliance consultant on behalf of one of our clients in the sector insurance, as part of a project to formalize and bring investment agreements into compliance.

Within the Regulatory Compliance Department, you will support the financial engineering and compliance teams in drafting, updating and negotiating agreements concluded with partner management companies, in compliance with regulatory requirements (AMF / ACPR).

Roles and responsibilities

• Draft and adapt investment agreements and their amendments based on internal models and due diligence documents provided by management companies.
• Conduct discussions and negotiations with external partners, in conjunction with internal functions (legal, compliance, financial engineering).
• Ensure the consistency of fee, rebate and remuneration mechanisms with regard to regulatory constraints.
• Update and finalize a stock of approximately 30 framework agreements with historical partners.
• Ensure traceability and reporting of work progress, up to electronic signature.

Skills & profile sought

• Legal training solid (Master 2 in financial law, insurance law or equivalent).
• Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in compliance, insurance law or structuring of investment products.
• Very good knowledge of the AMF / ACPR regulatory framework and placement and commission mechanisms.
• Excellent command of drafting and contractual negotiation.
• Rigor, attention to detail, responsiveness and ability to manage several complex files in parallel.
