Senior PMO – ECB Remediation – Outsourcing

We are looking for a Senior PMO on behalf of one of our clients banking and insurance sector in order to accompany the cConclusion of the recommendations of the European Central Bank (ECB) relating to the global outsourcing framework.

Context

As part of its regulatory remediation program, Our client is strengthening its Global Outsourcing team to manage the closing of the recommendations made by the ECB.

The consultant will primarily work on coordination, steering and support activities with international entities, in order to ensure the proper implementation of the outsourcing scheme across the Group. The mission covers all components of governance of outsourced activities: governance, controls, monitoring of service providers, data quality, criticality assessments and risk analyses.

The scope of the mission extends to more than 30 countries and involves daily exchanges with international teams.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the necessary actions at the conclusion of the ECB's recommendations.
• Coordinate the different stakeholders involved in the remediation program.
• Supporting international entities in understanding and applying the outsourcing group system.
• Monitor the implementation of action plans and associated deadlines.
• Participating in strengthening governance outsourced activities.
• Contribute to the monitoring of controlssuppliers, data quality and criticality assessments.
• Consolidate the information information gathered by various international entities.
• Prepare the reports and the management tools intended for the Group teams.
• Identify the roadblocks and propose actions to ensure the successful completion of regulatory recommendations.

Skills & profile sought

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, PMO or regulatory program management.
• Significant experience in the banking, insurance or consulting sectors.
• Experience with regulatory remediation plans or closing recommendations from supervisory authorities (ECB, ACPR, EBA...).
• Good knowledge of outsourcing arrangements and their governance.
• Experience in coordinating within an international environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Analytical mind, autonomy and ability to work with many stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to outsourcing is a real asset.
