Life Insurance Lawyer – Digital Career Path

Duration: 2 months renewable | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

As part of a strategic digital transformation program, our client, a major player in the insurance sector, is looking for a Life Insurance Lawyer possessing strong expertise in digitalization of contracts and subscription processes.

Context

You will be involved in redesigning the contractual documentation to adapt it to new digital processes, particularly those aimed at Independent Wealth Management Advisors (CGPI)You will be the interface between the Legal, Business, Digital and IT teams to ensure compliant, efficient and adapted solutions for digital uses.

Roles and responsibilities

• Managing the digitalization of contractual documentation in life insurance.
• Adapt contract templates, general terms and conditions and related documents to digital subscription processes.
• Ensure the legal compliance of digital processes and contractual documents.
• Supporting the implementation of digital solutions for distribution networks, in particular CGPI.
• Collaborating with the Digital, IT, Product, Business and Compliance teams to secure functional developments.
• Identify the legal impacts of new digital pathways and propose the necessary adaptations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the user experience while ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework.

Skills & profile sought

• Advanced legal education (Master 2 in Insurance Law, Banking Law or equivalent).
• Significant experience in life insurance.
• Successful experience on projects of contract digitization, contractual documentation or subscription process.
• Good knowledge of issues related to dematerialization, electronic signatures and digital customer journeys.
• Knowledge of distribution networks via the CGPI.
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
