Asset Accounting (Insurance) - Production & Migration

Duration: 12 months | Start date: May 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €700

We are looking for a Finance Project Manager senior expert in asset accounting on behalf of one of our clients in the sector ofinsurance as part of a data migration and accounting process transformation project.

Context

The mission aims to secure accounting production, ensure the reliability of financial data and support a strategic program for the integration of activities.

Roles and responsibilities

• Piloting the accounting production work on multi-standard financial assets
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of accounting and financial data
• Oversee accounting procedures and closing processes
• Ensure accounting and financial controls (analytical reviews, normative controls, substantive tests)
• Manage the data migration project (strategy, planning, coordination)
• Challenging expressions of business needs
• Write and harmonize the target processes
• Supporting the change in tools and the improvement of data reliability

Skills & profile sought

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Expertise in asset accounting in the sector ofinsurance
• Solid experience in accounting production and closings
• Proven experience in complex project management (migration, transformation)
• Mastery of accounting standards and investment taxation
• Migration Expertise and data reliability
• Ability to manage, structure and challenge business topics
• Proficiency in accounting tools (such as CHORUS, GP3, DIMENSION or equivalent)
