Treasury Insurance

We are looking for a consultant treasury expert on behalf of one of our insurance clients as part of an operational strengthening project within the Treasury team.
Context
Faced with increased operational volumes and the need to secure financial flows, our client wishes to strengthen its treasury team. The consultant will work within the existing teams to ensure the continuity and reliability of day-to-day operations.
Roles and responsibilities
- Perform daily treasury operations: monitoring cash flows, bank reconciliations, accounting.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Monitor liquidity and contribute to the quality of financial data.
- Participate in internal controls related to financial flows and the security of operations.
- Interact with accounting and finance teams and banking partners.
- Propose operational optimizations and contribute to improving team performance.
- Produce regular reports to management.
Skills & profile sought
- Proven experience in a consulting firm, ideally a Big 4.
- Very good knowledge of the environments treasury in insurance or the financial sector.
- Proficiency in banking operations, reconciliations and flow analysis.
