Program Director / IT Architect – Property and Casualty (Insurance) Application Management

Duration: 12 months | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €900

We are supporting a major insurance company in the modernization and strategic management of its P&C (Personal and Claims) application portfolio. In this context, we are looking for experienced consultants, capable of acting as Program Director Or IT Architect, with a strong focus on piloting and strategy.

Roles and responsibilities

• Program Director / Program Manager : manage major programs related to P&C (IARD) underwriting and contract management applications, in an agile environment.
• IT Architect : define and challenge application architectures (P&C management, contract renewals, APIs).
• Scrum Master / Product Owner : facilitate the operation of squads, coordinate teams and ensure the definition of products linked to subscription applications.

Key & Technical Skills

• Steering & Architecture : proven experience in managing programs and/or critical architectures in P&C insurance.
• Business expertise : excellent knowledge of P&C processes, particularly in underwriting (Retail) and claims management (Claims).
• Technical skills : mastery of API, Java, Angular, Java Spring, PL1, SQL environments.
• LANGUAGES : ability to work in English in an international context.
