Core Model Procurement Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formalize purchasing processes, management rules and validation procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Document the settings, repositories, user profiles and interfaces with ERP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Describe the accounting and tax rules associated with the purchasing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Construct RACI matrices and formalize the roles and responsibilities of the different actors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Formalization of Procure-to-Pay Processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Documenter les processus de bout en bout : demandes d&rsquo;achat, commandes, r\u00e9ceptions, factures et pr\u00e9paration au paiement.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9crire les diff\u00e9rents circuits d&rsquo;achats, leurs r\u00e8gles de fonctionnement et leurs contr\u00f4les.<\/li>\n<li>Formalize the rules for reconciling orders \/ receipts \/ invoices, managing discrepancies, blocks and credit notes.<\/li>\n<li>Produire des guides utilisateurs d\u00e9taill\u00e9s, des proc\u00e9dures op\u00e9rationnelles et des modes op\u00e9ratoires illustr\u00e9s de captures d&rsquo;\u00e9cran.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Preparation and support for deployments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze the gaps between the practices of the entities and the Group Core Model.<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des recettes fonctionnelles.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to Go\/No Go decisions and to securing production releases.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver training materials, webinars sought<\/strong><\/p>\nVous justifiez d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience significative en <strong>AMOA SI Achats, d\u00e9ploiement d&rsquo;Ivalua et transformation des processus P2P<\/strong>ideally in a large group and multi-entity environment.\n<ul>\n<li>Proven functional expertise on <strong>Ivalua P2P<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of purchasing, supply, ordering, receiving and supplier invoicing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te de d\u00e9ploiement ou d&rsquo;\u00e9volution d&rsquo;un Core Model SI Achats.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability to write functional specifications, procedures, user guides and business documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in functional testing, change management and post-deployment support.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with the Purchasing, Finance and IT teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ivalua P2P \/ S2C certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ERP interfaces and accounting and tax issues (VAT, analytical accounting, invoice
