 <\/p>\nPour l’un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur bancaire, nous recherchons un Senior Project Manager<\/strong> to manage a strategic project IT Capacity Management<\/strong> au sein d’un environnement CIB \/ Global Markets<\/strong>.\n

 <\/p>\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation et de renforcement de la ma\u00eetrise de ses environnements IT, notre client souhaite structurer et industrialiser son dispositif de Capacity Management.<\/p>\n

The scope notably covers the applications, infrastructure, technical platforms, databases and production environments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

L’enjeu est de faire \u00e9voluer l’organisation vers une gestion plus proactive de la capacit\u00e9 et de la performance : am\u00e9lioration du monitoring, anticipation des besoins li\u00e9s aux volumes business, formalisation de la gouvernance et mise en place de m\u00e9canismes robustes de Capacity Planning et Capacity Testing.<\/p>\n

The consultant will assume overall responsibility for the project and will coordinate the various teams involved.<\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the Capacity Management project from start to finish and coordinate the different streams;<\/li>\n
  • Structure the governance model and clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the teams involved;<\/li>\n
  • Formalize the policies, procedures, workflows and RACI associated with Capacity Management;<\/li>\n
  • Establish and facilitate governance bodies and capacity reviews;<\/li>\n
  • Assurer le pilotage du planning, des risques, alertes, d\u00e9pendances et plans d’actions ;<\/li>\n
  • Coordonner l’\u00e9volution du dispositif de monitoring de production ;<\/li>\n
  • D\u00e9finir avec les \u00e9quipes techniques les KPIs permettant de suivre notamment les volumes, capacit\u00e9s, performances, consommations CPU et seuils d’alerte ;<\/li>\n
  • Manage the implementation of dashboards and data collection and consolidation mechanisms;<\/li>\n
  • Structurer le suivi et l’analyse des incidents li\u00e9s aux probl\u00e9matiques de capacit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n
  • Deploy a proactive approach to Capacity Planning<\/strong>, notamment \u00e0 partir des projections de volumes et des \u00e9volutions attendues de l’activit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n
  • Coordonner la d\u00e9finition et le d\u00e9ploiement d’une strat\u00e9gie de Capacity Testing<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n
  • Contributing to the consideration of capacity and performance issues in the SLA \/ SLO<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The ideal candidate combines a solid experience in managing IT programs in CIB \/ financial markets<\/strong> with an operational understanding of the issues of IT monitoring, production, capacity and performance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    • Significant and demonstrable experience in a CIB \/ Global Markets \/ financial markets environment<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in the management of complex IT projects<\/strong> within these environments<\/li>\n
    • Practical experience with issues of IT application and\/or production monitoring<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Good command of the subjects of Capacity & Performance Management<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Ability to understand and challenge technical stakeholders on application, infrastructure and production issues<\/li>\n
    • Experience in structuring governance frameworks: policies, procedures, workflows, RACI matrix, committees and performance indicators<\/li>\n
    • Excellent ability to coordinate across teams in environments involving multiple teams<\/li>\n
    • Bonne connaissance des principes de gouvernance et de gestion des services IT, avec une connaissance d’ITIL v4<\/strong> appreciated<\/li>\n
    • Professional level in English<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
