 <\/p>\nWe are looking for a Senior Consultant Risk Management & Transformation<\/strong> on behalf of one of our clients in the sector bank<\/strong> dans le cadre d’un projet de tax risk management<\/strong> and of organizational transformation<\/strong>.\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au sein de la direction g\u00e9rant les services fiscaux globaux, vous interviendrez au sein de l’\u00e9quipe Risk Management & Transformation Office pour une mission de 9 mois en tant que responsable du p\u00f4le.<\/p>\n

Votre r\u00f4le sera d’assurer la continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle des cadres de gestion des risques existants tout en apportant un soutien actif aux projets de transformation et de conduite du changement en cours.<\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement, vos missions principales s’articuleront autour des axes suivants :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Tax Risk Management and Maintenance:\n
      \n
    • Update the cross-cutting mapping of tax risks.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure that first-level controls (LOD1 \/ RCSA) are carried out according to the established schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Governance Support:\n
        \n
      • Maintain the department's methodological framework (RACI matrix, activity mapping).<\/li>\n
      • Prepare materials and reports for upcoming governance bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Support for Transformation Projects:\n
          \n
        • Contribuer \u00e0 l’orchestration des initiatives de transformation strat\u00e9gique.<\/li>\n
        • Ensure strict adherence to project management methodological frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Change Management & Strategic Transition:\n
            \n
          • Support and buy-in: Supporting the deployment of the new organizational model by accompanying and coaching operational teams.<\/li>\n
          • Process modeling: Translating the target organizational vision into concrete, daily operational models (RACI deployment).<\/li>\n
          • Stakeholder engagement: Leading change management within tax and product communities (clear communication, support in the face of resistance or questions).<\/li>\n
          • Suivi de la transition : Mesurer le succ\u00e8s de la r\u00e9organisation \u00e0 l’aide d’indicateurs qualitatifs et de KPI op\u00e9rationnels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Ideally, you have:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Proven experience: Confirmed expertise in Risk Management<\/strong> or in driving transformation projects<\/strong> within the banking sector<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Mastery of control process<\/strong> Excellent knowledge of LOD1\/RCSA devices<\/strong> and the ability to manage complex checklists (CCLs).<\/li>\n
            • Autonomie & Adaptabilit\u00e9 : Capacit\u00e9 d’int\u00e9gration rapide (\u00ab plug and play \u00bb) dans une structure organisationnelle complexe avec un temps de prise en main minimal.<\/li>\n
            • Excellence in communication: Ability to simplify complex organizational changes into clear, structured and unifying messages.<\/li>\n
            • Resilience & Agility: Ability to evolve effectively in a changing and calibration environment.<\/li>\n
            • LANGUAGES : English<\/strong> Mandatory current (international working environment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
