 <\/p>\nWe are looking for a Project Manager Senior – EUC \/ Technology Risk<\/strong> pour le compte d’un de nos clients banque dans le cadre d’un projet de rem\u00e9diation r\u00e9glementaire au sein d’un environnement CIB \/ Global Markets.<\/strong>\n

 <\/p>\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

La mission s’inscrit dans un programme de rem\u00e9diation r\u00e9glementaire visant \u00e0 renforcer la ma\u00eetrise des risques li\u00e9s aux End-User Computing (EUC). Ces outils et d\u00e9veloppements sont directement utilis\u00e9s ou r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les m\u00e9tiers : Excel\/VBA, Access, outils de reporting, solutions low-code\/no-code, etc.<\/p>\n

L’objectif est de s\u00e9curiser et d’industrialiser le dispositif EUC, depuis la d\u00e9finition de la politique et l’inventaire des solutions existantes jusqu’\u00e0 l’identification et au pilotage des plans de rem\u00e9diation. Nous recherchons avant tout un profil capable de combiner pilotage de programme, connaissance des environnements Global Markets et ma\u00eetrise des enjeux IT Risk \/ EUC, plut\u00f4t qu’un profil purement technique.<\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of EUC policy.<\/li>\n
  • Piloter et consolider l’inventaire des EUC existants.<\/li>\n
  • D\u00e9cliner la politique EUC en proc\u00e9dures couvrant l’ensemble du cycle de vie des outils.<\/li>\n
  • Organiser l’\u00e9valuation des risques et identifier les plans de rem\u00e9diation associ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the various stakeholders: Front Office, Operations, Risk, IT and cross-functional departments.<\/li>\n
  • Identifier les EUC devant \u00e9voluer vers des solutions davantage industrialis\u00e9es ou g\u00e9r\u00e9es par l’IT.<\/li>\n
  • Define the associated transformation roadmap.<\/li>\n
  • To manage its implementation and ensure the monitoring of the various projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ideally, you have:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Environ 9 \u00e0 12 ans d’exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n
    • Significant experience in managing IT projects in CIB \/ financial markets.<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of market activities and their regulatory environment.<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of EUC, Technology Risk and\/or IT Risk issues.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Excel\/VBA, Access and reporting tools.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of low-code\/no-code solutions is appreciated.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to structure a system and to formalize policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills with Business, IT, Risk and Management stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Professional French and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
