Data Analyst Achats Senior – Mission Asset Management<\/h1>\n

Duration: 4 months, renewable | Start date: end of August 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: based on experience<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nWe are looking for a Data Analyst - Purchasing<\/strong> pour le compte d’un de nos clients du secteur financier (Asset Management) dans le cadre d’un projet d’optimisation de la fonction Achats.\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be involved in the Purchasing Department<\/strong> in order to strengthen the capacit\u00e9s de reporting, d’analyse et d’automatisation des donn\u00e9es li\u00e9es aux achats, aux d\u00e9placements professionnels et au pilotage des d\u00e9penses.<\/strong> Vous contribuerez \u00e0 la fiabilisation des donn\u00e9es et \u00e0 la mise en place d’outils d’aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision destin\u00e9s aux \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Design, maintain and develop recurring and ad-hoc Purchasing reports.<\/li>\n
  • Develop management dashboards using Power BI.<\/li>\n
  • Consolidate and ensure the reliability of data from multiple sources (ERP, business tools, exports).<\/li>\n
  • Structurer, nettoyer et r\u00e9concilier les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l’aide de Power Query et SQL.<\/li>\n
  • Produce indicators to monitor spending, supplier performance and Travel & Expenses activities.<\/li>\n
  • Automate data processing and reporting processes.<\/li>\n
  • Document the processes, data flows and business rules.<\/li>\n
  • Accompagner les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tiers dans l’analyse des donn\u00e9es et la production d’indicateurs fiables.<\/li>\n
  • Identifier des pistes d’am\u00e9lioration et d’optimisation des processus Achats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience as Data Analyst,<\/strong> ideally in a Purchasing, Finance or Management Control environment.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of Power BI<\/strong> (DAX, modeling, publication).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent mastery ofExcel<\/strong> (TCD, advanced formulas, Power Pivot).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of Power Query and SQL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Python, VBA or other data processing languages is appreciated.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in process automation<\/strong> (UiPath or equivalent solution preferred).<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of the issues related to Purchases<\/em> and to the management of expenses.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to structure, analyze and present complex data.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent French and English<\/strong> professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
