In this context, we are seeking an experienced Program Director to support the structuring, management, and implementation of this program, working closely with the business teams and program management.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Phase 1 &#8211; Structuration et pr\u00e9paration du programme<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidate and formalize the target vision of the value chain.<\/li>\n<li>Define and structure the program (governance, macro-planning, projects).<\/li>\n<li>Identify and define the priority tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and organize the program launch (kick-off).<\/li>\n<li>Set up the management tools (monitoring of actions, risks and dependencies).<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for an operational launch under the best possible conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Phase 2 &#8211; Pilotage et d\u00e9finition du mod\u00e8le cible<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure the overall management of the program.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the different projects and monitor the milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to defining the target operating model.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting strategic arbitration and decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, facilitate and report back on the framing workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and formalize strategic deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor the program schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monitoring of the scope and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and, if necessary, co-chair the governance bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting minutes for committee and body meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; profile sought<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of <strong>15 to 20 years in program management<\/strong> or strategic project.<\/li>\n<li>Solid expertise in the <strong>insurance claims management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing complex transformation programs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of governance, planning and risk management mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with high-level stakeholders and to support strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellentes capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;animation, de communication et de
