Senior Consultant - Banking Standards - Liquidity (LCR \/ NSFR \/ ALMM \/ CRR3 \/ EBA)<\/h1>\n

Duration: 6 months | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nWe are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in banking regulations<\/strong>, possessing over 10 years of experience<\/strong>, to support the Standards team of a major banking institution on matters related to the regulatory liquidity<\/strong>.\n

 <\/p>\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of strengthening its regulatory framework, our client wishes to integrate a senior consultant to support its team in charge of prudential liquidity standards.<\/p>\n

The mission consists of ensuring continuous regulatory monitoring, analyzing developments in European and international texts, participating in the definition of internal doctrine and supporting its operational implementation with the business, risk, finance and IT departments.<\/p>\n

The consultant will also be involved in local projects and will actively contribute to governance bodies and standards committees.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring of prudential liquidity standards.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze the evolution of regulatory texts (CRR3, CRD6, RTS, ITS, EBA Guidelines, ECB, ACPR, BCBS\u2026).<\/li>\n
  • Assess the impact of the new requirements on the bank's systems.<\/li>\n
  • Drafting analytical notes, normative positions and interpretative documents.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in defining and updating internal regulatory doctrine.<\/li>\n
  • To contribute to the enrichment and maintenance of the institution's normative framework.<\/li>\n
  • Translate regulatory requirements into operational principles, management rules and expressions of needs.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in functional workshops and support the MOA and project teams in translating regulatory impacts.<\/li>\n
  • Identify compliance gaps and propose adaptation plans.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare the files presented to standards committees and participate in governance bodies.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to discussions with supervisory authorities on matters within its scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • More than 10 years of experience<\/strong> in prudential banking regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Recognized expertise in standards liquidity<\/strong> (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, ILAAP).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of the European and international regulatory framework (CRR\/CRD, EBA, ECB, BCBS).<\/li>\n
    • Significant experience within a Standards, Regulatory Affairs, Finance Department, Risk Management or Treasury team of a large bank.<\/li>\n
    • Strong ability to analyze and interpret regulatory texts.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in drafting doctrine, normative notes or regulatory positions.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, ALM, Treasury, IT and business areas.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent writing and summarizing skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in French and professional English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
