 <\/p>\nWe are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in banking regulations<\/strong>, possessing plus de 10 ans d’exp\u00e9rience<\/strong>, pour accompagner l’\u00e9quipe Normes d’un grand \u00e9tablissement bancaire sur les sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la regulatory liquidity<\/strong>.\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son dispositif r\u00e9glementaire, notre client souhaite int\u00e9grer un consultant senior afin d’accompagner son \u00e9quipe en charge des normes prudentielles de liquidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

The mission consists of ensuring continuous regulatory monitoring, analyzing developments in European and international texts, participating in the definition of internal doctrine and supporting its operational implementation with the business, risk, finance and IT departments.<\/p>\n

The consultant will also be involved in local projects and will actively contribute to governance bodies and standards committees.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring of prudential liquidity standards.<\/li>\n
  • Analyser les \u00e9volutions des textes r\u00e9glementaires (CRR3, CRD6, RTS, ITS, Guidelines EBA, BCE, ACPR, BCBS…).<\/li>\n
  • Assess the impact of the new requirements on the bank's systems.<\/li>\n
  • R\u00e9diger les notes d’analyse, positions normatives et documents d’interpr\u00e9tation.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in defining and updating internal regulatory doctrine.<\/li>\n
  • Contribuer \u00e0 l’enrichissement et \u00e0 la maintenance du corpus normatif de l’\u00e9tablissement.<\/li>\n
  • Translate regulatory requirements into operational principles, management rules and expressions of needs.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in functional workshops and support the MOA and project teams in translating regulatory impacts.<\/li>\n
  • Identifier les \u00e9carts de conformit\u00e9 et proposer les plans d’adaptation.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare the files presented to standards committees and participate in governance bodies.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to discussions with supervisory authorities on matters within its scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • More than 10 ans d’exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> in prudential banking regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Recognized expertise in standards liquidity<\/strong> (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, ILAAP).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of the European and international regulatory framework (CRR\/CRD, EBA, ECB, BCBS).<\/li>\n
    • Exp\u00e9rience significative au sein d’une \u00e9quipe Normes, Affaires R\u00e9glementaires, Direction Financi\u00e8re, Direction des Risques ou Tr\u00e9sorerie d’une grande banque.<\/li>\n
    • Forte capacit\u00e9 d’analyse et d’interpr\u00e9tation des textes r\u00e9glementaires.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in drafting doctrine, normative notes or regulatory positions.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, ALM, Treasury, IT and business areas.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent writing and summarizing skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais et de l’anglais professionnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
