Les enjeux portent notamment sur l&rsquo;<strong>harmonization of accounting and financial processes<\/strong> between entities, the <strong>convergence of data models and the Group chart of accounts<\/strong>, there <strong>modernization of reporting and consolidation tools<\/strong>, ainsi que l&rsquo;accompagnement des <strong>regulatory changes<\/strong> IFRS 17 \/ IFRS 9.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme s&rsquo;inscrit dans une logique de centralisation, de mutualisation et d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es financi\u00e8res, avec des attentes fortes en responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading a strategic transformation program for Group Finance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure overall governance of the program and management of the Finance and IT Finance streams<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with members of the Executive Committee, Group sponsors, and business units<\/li>\n<li>Supporting accounting and finance departments in managing change<\/li>\n<li>Securing communication between the Finance, Data and IT teams<\/li>\n<li>Superviser les sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;harmonisation des processus Finance et du Chart of Accounts management<\/strong> Finance transformation in the sector <strong>insurance or banking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong exposure to Group Finance programs <strong>internationals<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mastering the issues<\/strong> of<strong> transformation of the Finance IT system<\/strong> and some <strong>Finance operational models<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the issues<strong> IFRS 17 \/ IFRS 9<\/strong>, <strong>consolidation and regulatory reporting<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with EPM \/ Finance Data \/ consolidation tools environments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with interlocutors of <strong>COMEX level<\/strong> and Group Management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent governance, coordination and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership in complex and high-risk environments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to reassure and unite business and IT
