As part of a data transformation program<\/strong> au sein d’un grand acteur du secteur de l’assurance<\/strong>we are looking for a experienced consultant<\/strong> afin d’accompagner les \u00e9quipes en charge de la Customer data and analytical environments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mission context<\/strong><\/p>\n

The mission focuses on the modernisation et l’optimisation de traitements d\u00e9cisionnels<\/strong> existing, the structuring of data flows<\/strong> ainsi que l’evolution of reporting and visualization tools<\/strong>The consultant will intervene in a complex and multi-source data environment<\/strong>, with significant challenges related to the quality, consistency and enhancement of data.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Analyze and review existing decision-making processes<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Participate in the migration et \u00e0 l’optimisation de flux data<\/strong> complexes<\/li>\n
  • Contributing to the transformation and structuring of data within the customer datamart<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • To improve the reliability and maintainability of analytical processing<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Participate in the data quality and consistency management<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Develop and evolve dashboards and business reports<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Documenting the processing and associated management rules<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Collaborating with business, data and IT teams in a logique d’industrialisation des pratiques<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:<\/p>\n

    • Excellent ma\u00eetrise de SAS<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Good ma\u00eetrise de Python appliqu\u00e9 au traitement de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Significant experience in handling large and heterogeneous data<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Good understanding decision-making architectures and datamart logics<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience on Painting<\/strong> or similar data visualization tools<\/li>\n
    • An acquaintance of KNIME<\/strong> constitutes a plus<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of insurance sector<\/strong> appreciated<\/li>\n
    • Autonomy, rigor, and good interpersonal skills are essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
