We are looking for a Consultant en Strat\u00e9gie IT et en Transformation <\/strong>pour le compte d’un de nos clients bancaires dans le cadre d’un multi-year transformation program aimed at driving the technology strategy, strengthening operational performance and accelerating the modernization of the IT platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\nDans le cadre d’un programme de transformation pluriannuel, notre client, un acteur reconnu du secteur bancaire, fait \u00e9voluer sa fonction Technology & Operations (T&O)<\/strong> pour moderniser sa plateforme IT et am\u00e9liorer sa performance globale.<\/strong>\nUne \u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie et \u00e0 la transformation accompagne cette \u00e9volution en structurant les initiatives, en am\u00e9liorant la gouvernance et en assurant le bon alignement entre les enjeux technologiques et les priorit\u00e9s m\u00e9tier<\/strong>.\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • \nAu sein de cette \u00e9quipe, vous contribuerez \u00e0 des sujets vari\u00e9s m\u00ealant strat\u00e9gie et mise en \u0153uvre op\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong>.\nVos principales responsabilit\u00e9s :\n
      \n
    • Participer \u00e0 la d\u00e9clinaison des orientations strat\u00e9giques en plans d’actions concrets<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Contribuer au pilotage de projets de transformation IT<\/strong> (cloud, IA, mod\u00e8les de delivery, etc.)<\/li>\n
    • Accompagner l’am\u00e9lioration des pratiques IT<\/strong> (run, service management, performance)<\/li>\n
    • Pr\u00e9parer des supports et analyses \u00e0 destination du management<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Suivre l’avancement des initiatives et les indicateurs de performance<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Participate in the coordination entre les \u00e9quipes IT et m\u00e9tiers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 5 to 10 years of experience<\/strong> (en partie en cabinet de conseil de 1er<\/sup> plan)<\/li>\n
      • Bonne compr\u00e9hension des sujets IT<\/strong> (transformation, gouvernance, cloud, IA, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 structurer des analyses et \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 des projets complexes<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Aisance dans la communication<\/strong>, y compris avec des interlocuteurs seniors<\/li>\n
      • Forte exp\u00e9rience dans le banking sector<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
