dans le cadre d&rsquo;un <strong>projet de changement d&rsquo;ERP<\/strong> within the After-Sales Department.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du remplacement de l&rsquo;ERP de la Direction Apr\u00e8s-Vente, le d\u00e9partement Controlling souhaite se renforcer afin d&rsquo;<strong>to ensure the continuity and reliability of financial management during the transition phase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The mission consists of supporting the Controlling teams in defining their needs, coordinating with the IT and Accounting teams, and securing the production launch of the new ERP, with a strong focus on maintaining the quality of financial performance monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this context, the consultant will work on the following aspects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un diagnostic de l&rsquo;existant en collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes Comptabilit\u00e9, IT et Contr\u00f4le de Gestion (dont le responsable Contr\u00f4le de Gestion Apr\u00e8s-Vente)<\/li>\n<li>Analyse des processus actuels et identification des impacts li\u00e9s au changement d&rsquo;ERP<\/li>\n<li>Drafting requirements specifications for the IT Department to ensure the availability of the necessary elements for financial monitoring in the new ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Cross-functional coordination between the Controlling, Accounting and IT teams<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of user acceptance testing (UAT) phases and validation of <strong>management control and P&amp;L management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mastery of the fundamentals in<strong> General Accounting<\/strong> (income statement and balance sheet)<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in
