We are looking for a bank accounting consultant<\/strong> pour le compte d’un de nos clients bancaires dans le cadre d’un projet de renforcement du dispositif de production comptable et r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Context<\/strong><\/p>\nOur client wishes to strengthen its internal system in order to secure and improve the reliability of bank accounting production process<\/strong> of tax production and regulatory accounting reporting (RUBA).<\/strong>
\nDans un contexte d’assistance op\u00e9rationnelle, le consultant interviendra au c\u0153ur des \u00e9quipes Finance afin d’apporter un soutien direct \u00e0 la production ainsi qu’un benchmark des pratiques permettant d’optimiser les process existants.\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly bank accounting production.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to tax production and compliance with associated reporting requirements.<\/li>\n
  • To carry out and ensure the reliability of regulatory accounting reporting (RUBA).<\/li>\n
  • Analyser les processus actuels, identifier les axes d’am\u00e9lioration et proposer des optimisations concr\u00e8tes.<\/li>\n
  • To provide an operational benchmark based on best practices in the banking sector.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in closing procedures and monitoring of accounting files.<\/li>\n
  • Provide operational support to internal teams during busy periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum 5 ans d’exp\u00e9rience en bank accounting<\/strong>ideally in an environment of production<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of accounting, tax and banking regulatory processes (including RUBA)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Strong appetite for production<\/strong> operational and the resolution of concrete problems.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to propose process improvements based on industry benchmarking.<\/li>\n
    • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’analyse et capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en environnement exigeant.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders in the finance department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
