We are looking for several consultants Senior Finance Manager<\/strong> pour le compte d’un de nos clients (secteur financier) dans le cadre d’un projet de renfort des \u00e9quipes Finance, Compliance, Corporate Services, Fund Accounting and Tax<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mission context<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans le cadre d’un accroissement temporaire d’activit\u00e9 et afin de renforcer plusieurs d\u00e9partements cl\u00e9s, notre client souhaite int\u00e9grer plusieurs independent consultants based in Luxembourg<\/strong>, disposant d’une solide expertise locale (>10 ans d’exp\u00e9rience au Luxembourg)<\/strong> et d’un r\u00f4le confirm\u00e9 au niveau Senior Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The consultants will provide support to internal teams on strategic and operational missions in the following areas:<\/p>\n

  • Corporate Accounting<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Compliance 2nd line<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Corporate Services \/ Client Support \/ Payments<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Fund Accounting<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Tax Advisory & Compliance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Roles and responsibilities (depending on the consultant's expertise)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Corporate Accounting<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Supervision of accounting and financial production (Lux GAAP)<\/li>\n
      • Review of annual accounts, VAT returns, CIT, MBT, NWT, FATCA\/CRS<\/li>\n
      • Participation in consolidations, audits and restructuring<\/li>\n
      • Encadrement d’\u00e9quipes comptables et am\u00e9lioration des process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Compliance 2nd Line<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Strengthening of the permanent and independent control mechanism<\/li>\n
        • Gap analysis and remediation plans will be conducted.<\/li>\n
        • Suivi r\u00e9glementaire (CSSF, AML\/CTF, AIFMD, MiFID II, DORA, MiCA…)<\/li>\n
        • Management of registers and regulatory reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Corporate Services \/ Client Support \/ Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Supervision of corporate activities (RCS, legal filings, governance)<\/li>\n
          • Management and security of internal and customer payments<\/li>\n
          • Pilotage de l’onboarding et coordination inter-\u00e9quipes<\/li>\n
          • Billing, collection and reporting management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Fund Accounting<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Accounting and financial production of AIF\/PE\/VC funds<\/li>\n
            • Preparation and validation of NAVs and CSSF reports<\/li>\n
            • Coordination with auditors, investors and authorities<\/li>\n
            • Participation in systems projects and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Tax Advisory & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Review and supervision of tax returns (CIT, MBT, NWT, VAT)<\/li>\n
              • FATCA\/CRS management, DAC6\/DAC8<\/li>\n
              • Tax advice on complex transactions, restructurings and operations<\/li>\n
              • Support for tax audits and collaboration with the Finance teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                 <\/p>\n

                Required skills (common to all 5 functions)<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Plus de 10 ans d’exp\u00e9rience professionnelle au Luxembourg<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Proven experience in a financial, banking or insurance environment<\/li>\n
                • Solide compr\u00e9hension de la r\u00e9glementation luxembourgeoise (CSSF, AML\/CTF, fiscalit\u00e9, droit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, Lux GAAP…)<\/li>\n
                • Ability to work independently as a Senior Manager<\/li>\n
                • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l’analyse et forte adaptabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n
                • Ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais et de l’anglais<\/li>\n
                • Mandatory presence in Luxembourg (no fully remote work)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
