We are looking for a Experienced IT Project Manager<\/strong> pour le compte d’un de nos clients du secteur bancaire, dans le cadre d’un projet strat\u00e9gique de mise en place d’un portail collaborateur<\/strong> (activit\u00e9s back et front office) destin\u00e9 \u00e0 moderniser le syst\u00e8me d’information.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nMission context<\/strong>
\nCe projet s’inscrit dans un vaste programme de transformation visant \u00e0 renforcer et rationaliser le syst\u00e8me d’information.
\nLe futur portail collaborateur permettra aux \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tiers de piloter et de suivre leurs projets de d\u00e9veloppement via une interface unifi\u00e9e, ergonomique et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 l’\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me applicatif existant.
\nThe consultant will work within the IT department, in tandem with a business project manager, and will manage a multi-stakeholder system in an agile and complex environment.\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

The IT Project Director's main missions will be to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the project as a whole (budget, planning, governance, quality of deliverables);<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders (MOA, integrator, architects, agile coach, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Planifier et suivre les travaux en s’appuyant sur les outils et m\u00e9thodes en place (Jira, MAPI, Agile\/Scrum) ;<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00e9parer et animer les instances de pilotage (COPIL, COPRO, comit\u00e9s d’architecture) ;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure budget reporting and risk management;<\/li>\n
  • Participate in the design and monitoring of the technical solution with the integration partner;<\/li>\n
  • Structure and orchestrate deliveries in stages, including cross-functional receipts;<\/li>\n
  • Support businesses in managing change and guarantee the functional and technical consistency of the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum 8 ans d’exp\u00e9rience en pilotage de projets SI<\/strong> complex and transverse;<\/li>\n
    • Solid experience in the banking sector<\/strong>, ideally on user portal or IT redesign projects<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n
    • Mastery of project management methods (V cycle \/ Agile) and management tools (Jira, Excel);<\/li>\n
    • Excellente capacit\u00e9 de coordination et d’animation d’\u00e9quipes pluridisciplinaires ;<\/li>\n
    • Professional English preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \nLocation: Paris
      \nStart: mid-November 2025
      \nDur\u00e9e : 25 mois (jusqu’\u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2027)
      \nTeleworking: 2 or 3 days per week in agreement with the client
      \nDaily rate: maximum \u20ac750 excluding VAT \/ day\n
