clients in the sector <strong>insurance<\/strong>, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet de formalisation et de mise en conformit\u00e9 des conventions de placement.<\/p>\n<p>Au sein de la Direction Conformit\u00e9 R\u00e9glementaire, vous accompagnerez les \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie financi\u00e8re et de conformit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9daction, la mise \u00e0 jour et la n\u00e9gociation de conventions conclues avec les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion partenaires, dans le respect des exigences r\u00e9glementaires (AMF \/ ACPR).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and adapt investment agreements and their amendments based on internal models and due diligence documents provided by management companies.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct discussions and negotiations with external partners, in conjunction with internal functions (legal, compliance, financial engineering).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the consistency of fee, rebate and remuneration mechanisms with regard to regulatory constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre \u00e0 jour et finaliser un stock d&rsquo;environ 30 conventions cadres avec des partenaires historiques.<\/li>\n<li>Assurer la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et le reporting d&rsquo;avancement des travaux, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la mise en signature \u00e9lectronique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; profile sought<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legal training<\/strong> solid (Master 2 in financial law, insurance law or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in <strong>compliance<\/strong>, <strong>insurance law<\/strong> ou structuration de produits d&rsquo;investissement.<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of the<strong> AMF \/ ACPR regulatory framework<\/strong> and placement and commission mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of drafting and contractual negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>Rigor,
