We are looking for a consultant HR Data expert in the N\u00e9obrain solution<\/strong> on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a project to create a skills framework.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nContext<\/strong>
\nAs part of a strategic HR transformation project, our client is launching the creation of a cross-functional skills repository, supported by the N\u00e9obrain solution. This project aims to structure HR data around key skills, in order to better manage internal mobility, training, and career paths.\n

 <\/p>\nRoles and responsibilities<\/strong>
\nThe consultant will act as an expert on the N\u00e9obrain solution, supporting the HR and Data teams. Their main responsibilities include:\n

    \n
  • Functional framing of the project with HR teams<\/li>\n
  • Contribution to the modeling of the skills framework<\/li>\n
  • Advanced configuration of the N\u00e9obrain solution<\/li>\n
  • Supporting users in using the tool<\/li>\n
  • Coordination with technical teams (Data\/IT) to ensure data integration and quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven expertise on the N\u00e9obrain solution (mandatory)<\/li>\n
    • Experience in HR Data or HRIS projects<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of skills management issues<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work across HR, Data and IT functions<\/li>\n
    • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
