We are looking for a experienced IT project manager<\/strong> to ensure the overall coordination of a project within the framework of the deployment of a SaaS contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution<\/strong>, on behalf of an IT department of a major player in the banking\/insurance sector. The mission takes place in a structured environment, with a demanding committee structure and multiple stakeholders.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the project in terms of scope, budget and planning<\/li>\n
  • Ensure coordination between internal teams (architecture, security, business) and service providers (SaaS publisher\/integrator)<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and lead project committees, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Adapt working methods according to the project phases: V cycle and agile approach<\/li>\n
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and propose associated action plans<\/li>\n
  • Represent the IT department in discussions with the relevant departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Higher education type engineer<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in IT project management<\/strong> (>7 years), particularly in coordinating client-side SaaS projects<\/li>\n
    • First successful experience of setting up a SaaS CLM application or equivalent<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of environments at strong governance<\/strong> (structured committee)<\/li>\n
    • Mastery of hybrid project methodologies: agility and V cycle<\/li>\n
    • Excellent coordination, communication and reporting skills<\/li>\n
    • Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
