Senior Tax Consultant \u2013 Bank<\/h2>\n

Duration: 12 months (6 months renewable) | Start: 01\/07\/2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max \u20ac550<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are looking for a tax consultant with accounting training<\/strong> to join the tax team of one of our banking clients based in Paris. This team, attached to the Finance Department, is currently made up of 4 people and works on a wide range of tax matters: national taxation, international taxation, VAT, reorganizations, regulatory compliance (Pillar 2, e-invoicing, etc.).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nRoles and responsibilities<\/strong>
\nThe consultant will provide operational assistance on the following missions:\n

    \n
  • National taxation:\n
      \n
    • Carrying out tax studies on all taxes and duties (IS, tax integration, interest deductibility).<\/li>\n
    • Management of tax declarations: C3S, DEB, 2777, IFU, DAS2.<\/li>\n
    • Handling of issues related to VAT, CET, payroll tax, vacant housing, registration fees.<\/li>\n
    • Use of accounting files for calculating, reporting and paying taxes.<\/li>\n
    • Impact study and support for the implementation of e-invoicing and e-reporting obligations.<\/li>\n
    • Tax advice on specific transactions (leasing, project financing).<\/li>\n
    • Drafting and monitoring of contentious claims.<\/li>\n
    • Participation in tax audits and exchanges with the administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Cross-curricular topics:\n
        \n
      • Analysis of the taxation of financial products (national and international).<\/li>\n
      • Study of the tax impacts linked to the group's projects (mergers, sales, restructuring, etc.).<\/li>\n
      • Continuous regulatory and tax monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Higher education in taxation (Master 2, DJCE, CAPA appreciated)<\/li>\n
        • Proven experience (5 to 7 years minimum) in similar roles, ideally in a banking environment<\/li>\n
        • Solid knowledge of French taxation, with an appetite for international subjects<\/li>\n
        • Good understanding of accounting<\/li>\n
        • Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness<\/li>\n
        • Excellent writing and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
