IT Project Manager \u2013 Contract Life Management (Dilitrust or equivalent) \u2013 Bank<\/h2>\n

Duration: 12 months | Start: June 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max \u20ac750<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced consultant to act as IS project manager<\/strong> within the framework of the implementation of a Contract Life Management solution<\/strong>, on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the banking sector based in Paris. The project aims to integrate a market tool, ideally Dilitrust<\/strong> (or Conga), within the existing ecosystem, in close collaboration with the legal department and IT teams.<\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the implementation of the CLM (Contract Life Management) solution: framing, planning, operational monitoring<\/li>\n
  • Manage the relationship with the publisher of the chosen solution, from the integration phase to production launch<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the management of the functional recipe in conjunction with key users<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Legal Department, IT Department, Purchasing)<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the adoption of Agile best practices within the project team<\/li>\n
  • Produce regular reporting on the progress of the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience in IT project management<\/strong> in the banking or insurance sector<\/li>\n
    • Mastery of Contract Life Management solutions (Dilitrust or equivalent)<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience in managing publisher\/integrator relationships<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Agile environments and project management tools<\/li>\n
    • Excellent coordination, communication and reporting skills<\/li>\n
    • Fluent French (working language)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
