Senior Consultant Organization & Process \u2013 Banking Sector<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Duration: 21 months | Start: April \/ May 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profile<\/strong><\/h3>\nAs part of a strategic transformation program for a major player in the banking sector, we are looking for a Independent Senior Consultant specializing in organization and process optimization<\/strong> to support the definition of target processes and the estimation of efficiency gains across all projects. The mission is part of a long-term approach and aims to ensure the overall consistency of the directions taken, the harmonization of the methodologies applied, as well as a cross-functional vision of the connections between processes.\nRoles and responsibilities<\/strong>\nThe consultant will be integrated into the project teams and will work closely with the various program representatives. Their main missions will be as follows:\n
    \n
  • Define and implement the methodology for defining target processes and evaluating efficiency gains<\/li>\n
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders and produce associated deliverables (target processes, procedures, flowcharts, RACI, gain estimates, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Have the deliverables validated by the contributing professions and the organizational referents<\/li>\n
  • Support project teams in the implementation of defined methodologies<\/li>\n
  • Participate in project governance bodies and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the harmonization of practices across the program<\/li>\n
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional studies (e.g. user journeys)<\/li>\n
  • Work in coordination with other members of the cross-functional team: responsible for functional consistency, UX design, and program planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe consultant will rely on existing methodological tools and standards (Lean 6 Sigma, process modeling, intervention charter<\/strong>, etc.) and will propose, if necessary, adjustments to ensure the effectiveness of the actions taken.\nRequired Skills<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience in process optimization and management of transformation projects<\/li>\n
    • Experience in the banking sector essential (ideally +7 years, a little less acceptable depending on profile)<\/li>\n
    • Green Belt certification at least (Lean 6 Sigma)<\/li>\n
    • Mastery of Lean 6 Sigma methodologies, process modeling and change management<\/li>\n
    • Experience in facilitating workshops and producing quality deliverables<\/li>\n
    • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work in project mode<\/li>\n
    • Excellent structuring, analysis and synthesis skills<\/li>\n
    • Leadership, autonomy and collaborative spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDetails<\/strong>\nStart: April\/May 2025
