Change Management \u2013 Core Banking Transformation \u2013 Bank<\/h2>\n

Duration: 6 months renewable | Start: June 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nWe are looking for 2 expert consultants in Change Management<\/strong> \/ change management on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the banking sector, as part of a transformation program of its Core Banking System.<\/strong>
\nThe project aims to fundamentally overhaul core business processes and tools, with a strong impact on employees and internal stakeholders.\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

The consultants will support the Transformation Department and will have the following main missions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Structure and implement the program's change management strategy<\/li>\n
  • Identify organizational impacts and support targets<\/li>\n
  • Define and manage communication, training and deployment plans<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate change management actions with project, IT and business teams<\/li>\n
  • Lead the steering bodies of the Change component<\/li>\n
  • Support users in adopting new processes and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in change management in IT or business transformation contexts, ideally in the banking sector<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Core Banking environments or banking IT transformation projects: a plus<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, structuring, analytical and coordination skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in project mode, interacting with contacts at different levels (business, IT, management)<\/li>\n
    • Autonomy, leadership, adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \nStart: mid-June 2025
      \nMission duration: 6 months renewable
      \nLocation: Paris (regular presence on site required \u2013 to be confirmed depending on the profile)
      \nTeleworking: partial possible
      \nFreelance
