The objective is to analyze, rationalize, and optimize insurance contracts (property damage, vehicle fleets, cyber, directors&#039; liability, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The consultant will intervene in 2 stages:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project framing: Definition of the issues and objectives of the mission with the stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Step 2:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventory and needs analysis: Risk study, identification of current coverage and analysis of future insurance needs.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio audit and diagnosis: Evaluation of existing contracts, analysis of guarantees, costs, exclusions and suitability with the company&#039;s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark and call for tenders: Launch and follow-up of a call for tenders with insurers, comparison of proposals and recommendations to optimize the insurance portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in P&amp;C insurance, ideally on industrial issues.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of damage, fleet, cyber and executive liability contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead an insurance audit and manage a call for tenders.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mind, rigor and ability to formulate relevant
