We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead<\/strong> to support our client, a leader insurance company in Riyadh<\/strong>, in managing the end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation<\/strong>. The role involves overseeing project governance, ensuring seamless integration with core insurance systems, and driving successful delivery through structured methodologies.<\/p>\n

Tea PMO Lead<\/strong> will work closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce consultants to ensure alignment with business objectives, optimize project execution, and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

The mission is to streamline CRM operations, enhance policyholder engagement, and improve sales and claims management through Salesforce technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Project Governance & Delivery Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Establish and manage a PMO framework<\/strong> for the Salesforce implementation project.<\/li>\n
  • Define project governance structures, reporting lines, and decision-making processes.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and insurance regulatory requirements<\/strong> in Saudi Arabia.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external Salesforce consultants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Stakeholder & Change Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Engage with C-suite executives, business leaders, and IT teams<\/strong> to ensure project objectives align with strategic goals.<\/li>\n
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and execute a change management strategy<\/strong> to drive user adoption of Salesforce across sales, underwriting, and claims teams.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct regular executive reporting and project status updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Process Optimization & Integration<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with core insurance systems<\/strong> (eg, policy administration, claims management, underwriting platforms).<\/li>\n
      • Work with Salesforce consultants and internal IT teams<\/strong> to ensure seamless data migration and system interoperability.<\/li>\n
      • Standardize CRM workflows to improve lead management, policy renewals, and customer interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Risk & Compliance Oversight<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        • Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and track compliance with insurance regulatory guidelines in Saudi Arabia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Ensure data governance and security measures align with SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) and local insurance regulations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Manage project audits and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and insurance industry standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Integration Strategy<\/strong> (Salesforce & Insurance Core System Mapping).<\/li>\n
          • Change Management & User Adoption Strategy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Regulatory Compliance Report<\/strong> (Alignment with Saudi insurance regulations).<\/li>\n
          • Project Performance Dashboard & Status Reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • 5+ years of experience in PMO roles for IT and CRM implementation projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Strong expertise in Salesforce deployment<\/strong> within the insurance or financial services industry<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Proven track record in project governance, risk management, and change management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Experience in data migration, system integration, and regulatory compliance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with C-level executives and IT teams.<\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of Saudi insurance regulations<\/strong> and SAMA compliance standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
