Compliance Program Director \u2013 Anti-Money Laundering (Insurance)<\/strong>

We are looking for a Freelance Compliance Program Manager<\/strong> to lead a program to strengthen the anti-money laundering system, compliance with international sanctions and the fight against the financing of terrorism for a leading insurer.<\/p>\n

Scope of the mission<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Strong expertise in compliance program management (Backlog, Capacity Planning, adherence, arbitration sheets, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Mobilization of IT, compliance and business stakeholders with a view to landing a trajectory.<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring of projects included in the annual trajectory and the post-ACPR control reinforcement plan.<\/li>\n
  • Organization of arbitration points with Financial Security, IT and market management.<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and updating build indicators (e.g. number of PPE screened applications).<\/li>\n
  • Coordination of comitology and drafting of reports for the following bodies:\n
      \n
    • Committee with IT & Compliance sponsors (monthly).<\/li>\n
    • Committee with the Markets (Savings, Property and Casualty, Health-Retirement and overseas subsidiaries) (every 6 weeks).<\/li>\n
    • Executive Committee (quarterly).<\/li>\n
    • Committee of Directors (biannual).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Update of the multi-year trajectory and monitoring of the project backlog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience: Minimum 10 years in program management in the financial sector (ideally insurance).<\/li>\n
      • Regulatory expertise: Anti-money laundering, compliance with international sanctions, CFT.<\/li>\n
      • Program Management Skills: Roadmap monitoring, stakeholder coordination, program management.<\/li>\n
      • Automation (a plus): SQL, VBA, Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Mission Details<\/strong><\/p>\nDuration: Part-time in April 2025, then full-time until December 2025.
        \nLocation: Paris.
        \nStatus: Freelance \u2013 Full time.\n
