The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing payment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in payment operations.<\/p>\n<p>The end client is a major bank focused on <strong>digital transformation and payment modernization<\/strong>. The Business Analyst will play a key role in aligning regulatory requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration across banking and payment platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The mission is to <strong>enhance payment efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the bank&#039;s strategic initiatives<\/strong> in digital payments.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business &amp; Functional Analysis\n<ul>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payments (SWIFT, SEPA, Instant Payments, Card Payments, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with business and IT teams to design and optimize end-to-end payment processes.<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and regulatory compliance needs in payment operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Coordination\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a bridge between business, IT, and regulatory teams, ensuring alignment of payment solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to drive process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory &amp; Compliance\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all payment-related solutions comply with local and international regulations (PSD2, AML, ISO 20022, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Support impact assessments for regulatory changes and payment scheme updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Testing &amp; Implementation Support\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Define test cases and validate payment workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Provide post-implementation support and help resolve any issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detailed business &amp; functional requirement documents (BRD, FSD).<\/li>\n<li>Gap analysis &amp; process improvement recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory compliance assessments for payments.<\/li>\n<li>Testing support &amp; validation of payment solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder engagement &amp; reporting on project progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5+ years of experience<\/strong> as a Business Analyst in <strong>Banking &amp; Payments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>payment schemes<\/strong> (SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022, Instant Payments, Cards, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on <strong>core banking &amp; payment systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>regulatory frameworks<\/strong> (PSD2, AML, Compliance).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent <strong>stakeholder engagement &amp; communication skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills &amp; ability to work in <strong>agile environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mission
