AMOA FI-CO ECC6 \u2013 Real Estate Sector (Banking)<\/h2>\n

We are looking for a AMOA FI-CO ECC6 Project Manager<\/strong> to act as an interface between the business teams and the TMA located in India, on behalf of a subsidiary Real Estate of a large banking group<\/strong>.<\/p>\nThe scope of the mission covers:
\n\u2013 Real Estate Accounting at head office level.
\n\u2013 Third-party accounting of SPVs linked to real estate projects.
\nThe consultant will have to demonstrate solid expertise and provide real added business value while effectively managing interactions with the TMA.\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensure the interface between the business teams and the TMA located in India.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the processing of FI-CO tickets on ECC6, with specific expertise on XrDJ.<\/li>\n
  • Propose concrete solutions adapted to business needs.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes related to Real Estate activities and SPVs.<\/li>\n
  • Bring strong added value thanks to your experience and your understanding of business issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Technical expertise: FI-CO (ECC6) and XrDJ.<\/li>\n
    • AMOA skills: ticket management, business analysis, proposal of suitable solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Business experience: in-depth knowledge of Real Estate accounting issues and SPV structures.<\/li>\n
    • Languages: Professional English required to collaborate with TMA in India.<\/li>\n
    • Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, sense of service, fluid and effective communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \nLocation: Paris (with remote interactions with the TMA).
