The DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation aims to strengthen the operational resilience of financial entities and their third-party service providers in the face of cyber threats and information technology incidents.<\/p>\nThe main challenges of this mission include:<br \/>\n\u2013 Move from contractual management of third parties to management truly focused on operational risk.<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop a strategic and coordinated vision of operational resilience testing.<br \/>\n\u2013 Engage top management to ensure ongoing accountability for program build and run.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As DORA Program Director, your main missions will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the transition with the DORA 2024 Program Director.<\/li>\n<li>Building the RACI and identifying stakeholders for 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and deploy DORA governance for 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise the completion of planned projects, including:\n<ul>\n<li>The services provided by the partner selected for the build and the run.<\/li>\n<li>Internal initiatives, particularly related to asset management, business infrastructure remediation and change management.<\/li>\n<li>The deployment of DORA projects to subsidiaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the program in conjunction with contributors, the core team and sponsors.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and consolidate the backlog of deliverables for the regulator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More than 10 years of experience in complex program management<\/strong> in financial or insurance environments.<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise on operational risk, IT risk and cybersecurity issues.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in program leadership, with an ability to engage senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and managerial skills, with an ability to structure and manage strategic programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and with multidisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n<li>Professional
