ICT Risk Management (ICTRM) \u2013 DORA Project (M\/F)<\/h2>\n

Duration: 5 months | Start: February 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are looking for a Interim manager<\/strong> specialized in ICT Risk Management (ICTRM)<\/strong> on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of the implementation of DORA regulations.<\/strong> This mission is part of a strategic project to strengthen operational resilience, with a particular focus on first line of defense controls and change management within teams.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee operational activities related to the implementation of 1st Line of Defense controls.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate Risk, Compliance, IT and business teams to ensure integrated and coherent management of ICT risks.<\/li>\n
  • Deploy a change management plan in collaboration with dedicated teams.<\/li>\n
  • Organize awareness sessions for business teams, by producing educational materials and suitable training.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure a smooth transition with the future intern recruited for this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Required Skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience in team management, particularly in the field of ICT risks.<\/li>\n
    • Expertise in ICTRM project management and in-depth knowledge of DORA regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technical, business, risk, compliance).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent ability to raise awareness and support teams in the integration of complex processes and tools.<\/li>\n
    • Mastery of technical environments and insurance businesses, with an ability to coordinate projects in demanding contexts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
