Location: Paris | Daily rate: \u20ac500 \u2013 \u20ac700<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for <strong>two PMO consultants specialized in the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and on S4HANA<\/strong> to support a strategic project within a major player in the energy sector based in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate activities related to the Invoice to Pay process.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare materials and lead meetings in English with various stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize processes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the documentation of processes and tools used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured monitoring of schedules and progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation of workflows related to the Invoice to Pay process.<\/li>\n<li>Recommendations for improvement and implementation of validated actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in <strong>PMO<\/strong> on complex projects.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of <strong>S4HANA<\/strong> and expertise in the <strong>Invoice to Pay process<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>English<\/strong> fluent, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and organizational skills, and strong
