IT Project Manager \u2013 Market Finance<\/h2>\n

Duration: 9 months | Start: October 2024 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max. \u20ac700<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nWe are looking for an experienced freelance consultant for an IT Project Manager role on a strategic project in the field of market finance for one of our banking clients in Paris.
\nYou will be involved in an information systems transformation program within a major public institution. This project aims to modernize and digitize the loan rate-setting process, which is currently manual and a source of operational risks. The project is underway and will begin its acceptance phase this summer.\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an IT Project Manager, your main missions will be as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the entire project in close collaboration with a Business Project Manager.<\/li>\n
  • Lead the various governance bodies (COPRO, COPIL) and write the reports.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the coordination of technical teams and the integrator service provider.<\/li>\n
  • Manage project risks, anticipate potential problems and propose action plans.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor requests for evolutionary and corrective maintenance in collaboration with application managers.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, IT security, budget and planning standards.<\/li>\n
  • Organize and manage the technical and business testing and acceptance phases.<\/li>\n
  • Lead change with business and IT teams, ensuring the sustainability of the processes implemented.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and present the Project Completion Report at the end of the mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven expertise in market finance and management of complex IT projects.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in managing projects in Agile mode.<\/li>\n
    • Mastery of digitalization and task automation processes.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage projects in multi-stakeholder environments with critical issues.<\/li>\n
    • Strong skills in communication, writing technical documents and organizing training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Decision and Action Tracking File (RIDA).<\/li>\n
      • Deliverables for monitoring the action plan, planning, and support for the project and steering committees.<\/li>\n
      • Project Completion Report (PCR).<\/li>\n
      • Monthly activity report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
