We are seeking an experienced freelance Change Manager to join our client's team for a major retail project. The role will focus on managing change in an SAP environment to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes and systems.<\/p>\n

\nOur client, a leading company in the retail sector, is undergoing a significant digital transformation. They require an experienced Change Manager to lead change management initiatives and ensure that SAP system changes are smoothly integrated into the business.\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Change Management Leadership<\/strong>: Lead and manage change management activities, ensuring changes are effectively communicated, and adopted by the business.
    \n<\/li>\n
  • Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong>: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand change impacts and develop strategies to address them.
    \n<\/li>\n
  • Communication Strategy<\/strong>: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
    \n<\/li>\n
  • Training and Support<\/strong>: Design and deliver training programs to prepare end-users for the new SAP processes and systems.
    \n<\/li>\n
  • Resistance Management<\/strong>: Identify potential resistance to changes and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges.
    \n<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and Reporting<\/strong>: Monitor the progress of change management activities and report on their effectiveness. Provide regular updates to senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
