IT Bank Project Director<\/h2>\n

We are looking for an experienced freelance consultant to fill the position of IT Project Director within the framework of the \u201cLegal Commitments\u201d and \u201cContract Management\u201d projects on behalf of one of our banking clients based in Paris.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\nContext :<\/strong>
\nOur client is seeking a freelance consultant to act as a Project Manager for the "Legal Commitments" and "Contract Management" projects. These projects are part of a larger strategic program, aimed at strengthening and adapting the information system to meet the evolving challenges of client operations businesses.\n

 <\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead and manage all business and IT stakeholders during the PCN (competitive procedure with negotiation) and implementation phases.<\/li>\n
  • Represent the DSI professions and sponsors for projects.<\/li>\n
  • Manage PCN towers: planning, organization and decision-making.<\/li>\n
  • Consolidate functional analyzes of offers and prepare interim reports.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare presentation materials for steering bodies (COPIL, COMEX) and assist the project team in arguing with stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Manage internal and external resources involved in the project.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure risk management, incident control, and change management. Monitor contractual commitments, budget, schedule, and deliverable quality. Coordinate the technical and functional integration of the solution with other IT components.<\/li>\n
  • Manage relationships with publishers\/integrators.<\/li>\n
  • Support change with impacted employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Support for the different steering bodies (COPRO, COPIL, COSI).<\/li>\n
    • Project management documents (planning, budget, ROI, risk management).<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring of services (contract charges, purchase requests, orders, receipts).<\/li>\n
    • PCN deliverables: documents for contractualization validated with business stakeholders, IT department, purchasing and security.<\/li>\n
    • Integration project documents: backlog, study for architecture committees, Quality Assurance Plan, Change management plan, Technical specifications, Acceptance strategy, Deployment plan, Cutover plan for MEP, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Required Skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a Project Director role<\/li>\n
      • Experience in conducting calls for tenders preferably in public procurement (PCN)<\/li>\n
      • Experience in phases of formalization of business processes, development of IS trajectory, choice of target solutions (with interactions with publishers)<\/li>\n
      • Experience in the operational implementation of IS projects<\/li>\n
      • Experience in the banking sector, ideally with a Department responsible for financing operations<\/li>\n
      • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBok and MAPI.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n
      • Functional and technical analysis skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\nWorking conditions :<\/strong>
        \nThe consultant will join a project team already formed with business project managers, an IT project manager, an architect, and user representatives from the different business departments.
        \nWork in close collaboration with division managers and other cross-functional teams.\n
