Senior PMO Consultant<\/h2>\n

Duration: 2 years | Start: July 2024 | Location: Paris | TJM: according to profiles<\/p>\n

Context of the mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a consultant to serve as a PMO (Project Management Office) for one of our banking clients based in Paris. The consultant's mission will be to manage a portfolio of projects, manage and coordinate the PMO unit, and optimize the current organization.<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Management\/PMO of a portfolio of projects:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u2013 Ensure the management and coordination of projects within the portfolio.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality objectives.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    1. Consolidation of the Budget and Planning:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u2013 Carry out the consolidation of the budgets of the different projects.<\/p>\n

      \u2013 Implement and monitor the overall project schedule.<\/p>\n

      1. Preparation and Organization of Program Steering Committees:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u2013 Prepare steering committees (agenda, monitoring documents, etc.).<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Lead steering meetings and monitor decisions taken.<\/p>\n

        1. Preparation of Presentation Materials:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u2013 Develop clear and concise presentation materials for steering committees and other strategic meetings.<\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          1. Optimization of the Current Organization:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u2013 Propose and implement actions aimed at optimizing PMO processes and organization.<\/p>\n

            \u2013 Ensure continuous improvement of working methods and tools used.<\/p>\n

             <\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Leadership:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \u2013 Demonstrate strong leadership to mobilize teams and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

              \u2013 Act as a reference in project management and PMO coordination.<\/p>\n

               <\/p>\n

              Required profile :<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \u2013 Proven experience in project portfolio management and PMO management.<\/p>\n

              \u2013 Strong skills in budget consolidation and planning management.<\/p>\n

              \u2013 Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/p>\n

              \u2013 Ability to prepare impactful presentation materials.<\/p>\n

              \u2013 Ability to optimize processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n

              \u2013 Strong leadership and ability to unite teams around projects.<\/p>\n

              Location: Paris (Teleworking: 2 days\/week)<\/p>\n
