Touquet (62) | TJM: according to profile<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced interim Administrative and Financial Director (DAF) to support one of our clients in the Manufacturing field based in Le Touquet (Pas de Calais).<\/p>\n<strong>Context :<\/strong><br \/>\nOur client, a large company with a turnover of 170 million euros, is going through a transition period which requires strengthening its financial team.<br \/>\nIn a demanding economic context, several crucial challenges have been identified:\n<ul>\n<li>Cost reduction: Optimization of expenses to improve profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of WCR \/ Cash Forecast: Proactive management of working capital requirements and cash flow forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Refinancing: Research and implementation of new sources of financing to ensure the financial stability of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Roles and responsibilities :<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the subsidiary and the implementation of the strategies necessary to meet current challenges.\n<p><strong>Missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and optimize daily financial operations<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement cost reduction plans<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve working capital requirements (WCR) and cash flow forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in the refinancing process<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness of financial initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required profile :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience as an interim CFO, with a specialization in the manufacturing sector.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in financial management, cost reduction and cash flow optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and strategic capabilities to manage complex refinancing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Fluency in English is an asset, but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Position details:<\/strong><br \/>\nFreelance contract.<br \/>\nLocation: Le Touquet (62) Physical presence on site required 4 days a week.<br \/>\nDuration: Mission
